Watch at around :35 seconds. Unbelievable. Are there Jws from the Borussia region? I don't understand this dynamic. Can someone please explain?
Haha, you're kidding right? It is clearly Polish Hooligans shouting in not-so-accent-free German "Nuuuten, Nuuuten, Bo-ru-ssia", meaning "prostitutes, Borussia". OR, possibly, they might be shouting, again, with a Polish accent and therefore not clearly distinguishable, "Juden, Juden, Bo-ru-ssia", meaning, "Jewz...".
It is well known there is a racist and antisemitic Hooligan problem with Legia, and, alas with club football in general in Poland (does not apply to everyone of course). Dortmund, on the other hand, have long ago got rid of their old-1980s-era right wing Hooligans.
Edit: for some reason, this software did not accept "jewz" with an S and did not let me post this unless I changed it. Weird.

Thanks! In your video, you can CLEARLY hear the guy standing next to the camera, with a Polish accent, starting to join in "Juden, Juden, Bo-ru-ssia" and then being shushed by someone.
To answer your question: fascism, neo-nazism and anti-semitism are very much alive in Eastern European (excuse the broad generalisation) Hooliganism. Somehow, they consider it an insult to call Germans (or any opponents indeed) "Juden".
