Actually Arsenal is the most consistent team with always finishing the top 4 since 96. Only three PL trophies? Correct, but this is the definition of consistency. We now are doing better and better every year, and yes it's tough to compete Man City this season but we have high hopes. (I haven't forgotten about Liverpool and Man United of course)

Finishing 4th proves failure not consistency. The team lacks the champion soul, ability and consistency. With all respect, Sanchez, Ozil and Coquelin are the only ones who fight and care while the others don't care like Cazorla, Moneral, ... etc.
