Give him time, he doesn't speak italian (which is why there was so many communication errors), and he clearly lacks confidence going from the champions league to mid table in Serie A in the space of a few months. Barely any keepers have good debuts, bravo did shit in his manchester city debut but I still have confidence in him.

LOL, typical joe hart. if you look closely to his goalkeeping, in every game he will be needlessly punch diving every corner kick which come at him. as a keeper, to stay on their feet should be the 1st priority.

Damn, that fellow Kessie is definitely going to become something, if he continues to develop this way! So far, he scored almost every Atalanta match!

Listening to quite a few British so called experts and pundits over the past week, a not so avid follower of serie a would actually begin to believe that Hart going to Torino was going to be a walk in the park. If anything, he will suffer even more at Torino whilst they get to grips with another season being involved in a top ten tussle. I for one still cannot understand why cairo wasted time and effort on him, especially as Padelli is a very good goalkeeper.

as for today, poor keeper by Sportiello on the free kick. the ball was pretty much in the middle of the goal. No effort to dive for it, and instead decided to just put his hands up and complain about his wall.

Comment.. that might be true, but look at the treatment for Casillas after his move to Porto.. he also must have lacked confidence going from Real Madrid to Porto, but people didn't care.. especially pro PL sites like goal.com who have jumped at every chance to make fun of him.. how come Joe Hart and others from the PL don't get this kind of treatment ?

Good effort for us missing both Ljajic and Belotti. Mihajlovic will get it right. Hart just needs some confidence.

Padelli is a better keeper without a doubt.

Looking back at the history of torino highlights on footyroom, this has to be the first time there is more than a few loyal people commenting. you're just here because of hart and I doubt very much you've ever seen padelli play. I would much rather go and watch croquet than argue with fans of english clubs.

I'm glad we have Hart on loan for a season. But I honestly prefer Hart, he's just in poor form, Padelli can be our cup keeper, or Gomis.

I'm glad we have Hart on loan for a season. I usually see the friendly Torino games at the end of summer and maybe the first league game or two while visiting family. But I honestly prefer Hart, he's just in poor form, Padelli can be our cup keeper, or Gomis.

That's why they got rid of Hart....He makes mistakes like that, and can't distribute.
Atleast Bravo can pass a ball, or atleast better then Hart.

The better of two evils perhaps?

Hart probably just wanted to show Guardiola that he can make similar mistakes as well.

His distribution was 83% which is pretty good for a keeper
