1) The PL teams are competitive amongst themselves, which make the league competitive.
2) The PL teams competitiveness in europe, which make people argue their competitiveness in europe.
So the league in itself is competitive but the teams are not good enough (yet) in europe.
I just read a comment by Robert Prosinecki (those who follow football for years, surely know who he is), where he says Conte will destroy Pep and Mourinho.That was said in late July, 2016!
