For that 6 minutes, it felt like it was all Mane vs Lloris. Great steals from Mane and great saves from Lloris, managing to keep the deficit to just two when the entire Spurs defense just shut down

Champions are regular and stable, that's the problem and what lacks to Liverpool. Hearing your amazing chants since the 70's.

A few observations: This was a naive performance from Tottenham. They played into Liverpool's hands, and were crying out for a simple long ball to relieve pressure during that furious first 25 minutes. Sure, you may lose possession but it'll keep the opposition press honest, and will prevent giving the ball away in dangerous areas. I call it naive because Spurs haven't learned from their tough times against pressing opponents: Leverkusen at Wembley, 1st half at the Etihad, and Liverpool at home. Poch was too stubborn, wanting to boss the game with his philosophy. There's a way to beat Liverpool, but Spurs played into their hands. I knew Davies and Dier on Mane's side was a mismatch, but those two looked shambolic. Winksy was excellent after he was introduced. Spurs miss Lamela and Rose.

Tactics and analysis are bollocks. Football is all about luck and just attack and attack nothing more that's how you win games

In the EPL, it'd be between him and Kante. Perhaps an honorable mention for Wanyama due to the low price of his transfer.

Robinhood teams (strong vs big club) always park the bus ( small team mentality) and play counter . but liverpool different, they play the game, they press the game, they controll the game, it was Liverpool spirit and passion that make its strong vs big teams, thats why liverpool are very strong at europe competition, same with real madrid spirit in UCL is very strong even in very bad moment,
