It puzzles me why Ronald Koeman didn't strengthen his squad & get their fitness up to scratch before they tackled Spurs. The new manager should have gone back to Southampton to recruit the likes of Mane, Wanyama & Pelle since he has the money now to close the gap on the money bags at Man United, Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs & Arsenal.

Sorry spurs fans but your team still cannot win the league. With all respect you are still average. Sorry Lodatz.

A) you're not even in Europe this season. B) We beat you in the CL round of 16 back in 2011 C) We beat you in the friendly last season. D) You can't say anything about us.

@TottSpurs. I feel you, sorry but that's the truth.

The great thing about this comment is that it's just a non-important opinion of a random human being. No one thought Leicester would win the league after almost being relegated in season before but that's the beauty of the game. It can be unpredictable.

I am not a fan of Spurs but I do follow BPL from an outside perspective. Spurs, if anything, have been getting better and better in past 2 years.

Considering above comment came from an AC Milan fan, a team that hasn't EVEN been average in years is pretty ironic and hilarious so it's more likely you are a troll than an actual fan with a brain.

@mizzoni
What does that have to do with Milan?
Disagreeing with you or having another opinion (which based on facts) don't give you a permission to be disrespectful and saying I don't have brain.
The irony is you even did not comment about Leicester game and you are here attacking me. So who is the troll? Yeah you are going to comment right now.
Maybe you are angry because you lost today. Calm down.
Finally "The great thing about this comment is that it's just a non-important opinion of a random human being." --> same goes to you.

That is literally not the truth. That is an opinion based off 1/38 of the season, and frankly a pretty speculative one. I love the idea of you dismissing TottSpurs up there because of...stating actual facts, when you then state that your opinion, based on facts, is that spurs are average, a condition with so many relative variables that stating such a thing can never technically be anything more than opinions. What you said by definition cannot be and will never be a fact, only a personal assessment. The irony is palpable.

AC Milan is a below average team that would struggle to be in mid-table in the BPL. It's the truth. With all due respect, you are below average. Sorry man.

alli played a great game in my opinion. and i think with wanyama playing its like theres 2 dier on the pitch , which made it too defensive. and wanyama can't dribble past player like dembele or a great passer like mason. but he's a beast when it comes to defending so i think he should be dier's back up. oh eriksen was the worst player on the field. whats up with him? #COYS

Alli tried to be too fancy, and gave the ball away a lot. Good debuts from Janssen and Wanyama. Nice to see Lamela start the campaign off with a goal. I really liked how Janssen looked. Surprised Wimmer didn't start today; Vertonghen definitely lacked sharpness.

It's a shame that Koeman pulled off Deulofeu arguably the best player for today. Kone coudn't do anything against Walker and Alderweireld.

After that 2nd half performance Everton can be happy they got 1 point. Spurs totally dominated after Lamela's goal.
