Saudi Arabia

Come on man, you just wanted to come and comment without having any background? The Australian football federation did not inform the Saudi Federation about the one min silence. Also, the Saudi players were absolutely isolated 7 days before the game as their phones were taken away most of the time. Stop judging! Saudi players know how to show respect.

yeah i understand, middle East like Iraq and Syria being bomb by a terrorist in almost every week, paying respect to England which is thousands mile away while their relative arabs neighbor being bomb every week, we european never pay respect or doing moment of silent for what happen to countries like Afghanistan, Iraq syria

In essence you're right but nonetheless the Saudis could at least done so for the respect of the traditions of their hosts. Instead of openly showing they don't care. Lack of etiquette in my opinion.

the whole reason they had the 1 minute of (almost) silence was due to the fact that two Australians were killed in London. should we arbitrarily mourn the passing of everyone who dies over the course of a week before every game? the sentiment is nice, but the point you're making is ridiculous. all the SA players had to do was stand there out of respect to their hosts, and they (and their fans - who are likely, by and large, Australian citizens) shit on the whole exercise.

You people from Iran are the last people should talk about football. You bring hate and racism into football. Nobody likes playing in Iran because they have shitty fans and plans. I won't forget those signs saying Ali all over the stadium and last when they said they will murder Al-Ahli last week. Haha you are full of hypocrisy.
Anyway, the Australian football federation did not inform the Saudi Federation about the one min silence. If they were informed the players would have stood because they are not from Iran!!!!

Hahah lies so much lies, keep lying everybody knows the truth.

what truth are you talking about? Here are some links that will tell the truth.

Anyway, Australia could have done better by informing us that they will pause for 1 min. I would not blame players that do not know anything about that pause. Suck it up as you are here for religion not sport.

relatively, the balkan population here isn't huge, but it's a really popular sport for kids of that background. I suppose more australian kids are inclined to play rugby or cricket.
