Imagine United without De Gea. What would they be?

De Gea might be better than Neuer

The biggest joke is that after spending 1/3 of a billion pounds, Man United is starting to play well only because injuries forced LVG to put in youngsters whom he previously did not trust, judging by his propensity to spend spend spend.

Man U is lost, except for De Gea this team is nothing but hype and a lost fan base still thinking LVG has the right thinking. The tottenham game should have been a real walk up call, but the bozos fans get excited the minute their team wins one game, and say LVG is great, or put Giggs as the coach. Gosh you need a leading coach and a leader on the field, you have none. Good thing Ibra is not in this season, otherwise English supporters still hurt by the zlatand 4-0 loss will take off their frustration on him rather than the long list of garbage LVG brought, and his long ball United strategy. Giggs as coach, expect him sitting there and showing his serious face.

Louis Van Gaal needs to be replaced in the summer. Man U's resurgence is NOT down to him, after the injuries to his expensively acquired senior players resulted in the youngsters emerging from the sidelines to create an impact. LVG - like Jose Mourinho - does not trust youth, but places his faith in the open cheque book policy of buying ready-made stars. Ryan Giggs should get the job on a permanent basis before next season. He has learnt enough under Sir Alex & how not to manage United from both Moyes & LVG.

I wish Rashford a good career, obviously.

Yet I just hope he does not become one of those young players who plays really great and promising football early in their career, then just...disappear to League 1 or whatever...

E.g. Freddy Sears...Federico Macheda...Michael Johnson...Freddy Adu...

brudder...brudder 10 years ago

definitely United's FA Cup to lose now, can't see either one of Watford, Everton or Palace beating them, all 3 teams are in very poor form now.
