It's a foul. When on a yellow card, don't give the ref a decision to make. In real speed, it looked worse than it was. Either way, that has only minor influence on the resulting free kick goal. 1:0 seems like a fair result. But it's far from a deciding lead going to play at St-Petersburg.

It is football justice after all. When 1 team just wants to foul and destroy the game of the other team maybe there is 1 ref with balls to give them a red and stop them from playing UFC.
