We all know that the ever-decreasing pool of English talent to choose from the Premier League is only going to get worse, so the only way our national team can improve is by engaging the best coach to mold us into a a side whose sum is greater than its individual parts. Having said that, England had only a handful of foreign players in our top tier when we failed to qualify for the 1994 World Cup while 67% of regulars in Premier League clubs are currently foreigners.

GOLAZO!!

If England is going to be a world power again, the FA needs to recruit the best coach for the job & not just the best English coach available, because there aren't many candidates. An experienced foreign coach with a proven track record of turning average players into world beaters is required since England cannot go out to buy the best foreign footballers. The so-called successful club coaches in the English Premier League have all bought success by recruiting the best players their clubs could afford. The likes of Mourinho, Van Gaal, Pellegrini, Wenger, Ancellotti, Mancini simply paid for their trophies.

I don't believe it's just about the coach, the problem is that the EPL has so many foreign players that it makes it difficult for young English players to reach their full potential. Instead due to pressure to win trophies English clubs buy players from other countries and many cases those foreign players become better in the EPL then later play for their country just to come back and beat England. I'm sure there are a lot of fans of English clubs who can think of players from their academies that should've become star players but didn't because more faith was put into a foreign player.

Jc wtf r u on? what bullshit statement is that , Man Utd amongst all the bpl champions in the 21st century ( Man city , Chelsea, Arsenal being the others) have had the most english/british players to be regularly starters in the line up as well as the most english/british players to be promoted into the first team.

Haha EPL is the downfall of England. The other countries are so happy with the amount of players at their disposal as starters in EPL. Words were spoken to reduce no. of foreign players but no actions have been taken yet. England just deserved it.

The Hurricane did not bring that much of catastrophy on Spain according to the football weather reports while Vardy did not get a chance to shine.

England currently has Kane, Sterling, Vardy, Stones, Dier, Alli which are good players. England only needs better Manager so they can play with full determination and good strategy.
