Martial once again. 5 goals in 9 games since his incredible debut against Liverpool... Outsanding for a 19 year old player Under pressure because of the amount of the transfer ! I'm impressed by his mental strenght and of course his fantastic abilities that we all know, this guy will become one of the greatest I have no doubt about this. But now for the moment LVG must let him play as the n9 striker instead of Rooney !

Quite funny to watch plastics calling for Wazza's head. He worked hard against Moskow and received little to no support form his midfield. Pundits were even pointing this out during the match. Sure he's not as quick anymore, but he's still got class. Rooney's been in slumps before and fired his way out of them, this looks no different. Especially since he scalped Everton for a goal just a week ago (could have had another one too). It just looks like there's a bunch of people complaining about Utd not winning 20-zip every match. And they want someone to blame. If Van Gaal's philosophy is to keep possession and build up play from the defence through the midfield, then how on earth can you criticise our forward when the entire play is supposed to culminate in reception that he isn't getting?

Rooney had been given several chances and he even didn't try to run and play.. LVG please drop Rooney and play Martial as striker and put Mata and Memphis as second striker/AMC.

LVG is a bitch. He must be fired for the good of this team. i don't see improvements from this team since last year. They look lost in a big games, but we have martial and de gea who are always saving us. Why is rooney still playing ? He got a lot of chances to shine but he still doing nothing on the pitch. It's better tp try to play without him, at least bench him for a few games and then we can see if is a good decision to sit him.
