What wrong with the commentator, saying Hazard needs to be more positive when taking a pen, only one step. Thats how hazard takes his penaltys so he can read the keeper, same one than said that is hars penalty on Costa WHAT ? even if he nicked the ball he still didnt clear the ball he took Costa down, so in his rules i can just nick the ball and then kick the player and its not a foul
