I think Spaletti is special, he can utilize the existing squad, El Sha, Salah and Perotti become solid. He is one of Italian asset. I hope someday he can be as success as Ancelotti and Capello..

cuadrado n salah is not given enough chances at chelsea and the club's playing style is stupid too. mourinho don't know the word ROTATION. everyday is drogba n hazard and the bench basically just rot to death

The games Salah played for Chelsea he was crap. The games I've sen him play for Roma he's been crap. As simple as that. Cuadrado was poor in Chelsea as well. he got loads of starts. Lukaku and KDB however..they're on a whole other level.

Lol. But, Chelsea FC is NOT a miserable club :-)
Honestly, Mourinho did give Salah a few chances, but, I believe he was under a lot of pressure hence, didn't do as well as he was expected.
But, indeed Salah is a good player full of pace!
