Akinfeev was very lucky to get away without a Red Card

the euro 2008 performance will never be repeated with this average team

LMAO Russia had no chance against Mexico HAHA and this wasn’t even the World Cup wowww… plus it wasn’t even Mexico’s starting original lineup

what an embarrassment russia was in this tournament. lets see what can they do in upcoming world cup.

This result was expected because the history of Mexico team in the world cup and football championships but Russia improved in Football like USA and maybe they reach level semi professional

i think the way the game was going .... it would had ended 2-2 if not for the Russian player that got a stupid red card and made his team to be 1 man down and with the 10 men squad, they still had a golden chance which the player sky rocketed!

Russia will have it difficult next summer if they want to take a further step in the international hierarchy. In my opinion I think they should once and for all start building for the longer term and try to get a new generation and revolutionize Russian football. I actually think russian team has for a long time been very predictable in the way they play. It became even worse with Capello (Not saying he is bad manager, just not fitted for them). They have the talent, and organization to do that. They only need some god damn willpower and more heart!

Lol i understand that there is replay technologies now but it doesn't mean that you should just start completely slacking lol it was obvious offside ! Where the hell is linesman standing ??!! Idiots , i could have done a better job officiating .

switched it off after the third goal, commentary was deafening

How long will Russia put up with Akinfeev's stupidities?! 10 years ago I thought hat he'll grow to become one of the very best goalkeepers in the world- even thought he'd be on a level of Buffon, Casilllas, or Neuer...And now. I can't imagine the last time he had kept clean sheet, and just how many stupidities he'd done - like this one, for the 2nd goal - and it's not as if I'm watching him that often! The reality is that he probably makes them much more often, despite making good saves as well! However, it makes me feel like an idiot for thinking he'd be so good, in the first place!

que buen gol de irving lozano, y se salvaron los rusos por que no jugo jurgen damm.

Mexico always does good against the host nation.

Russia is weaker than a few years ago, not many recognizable players in their squad. Mostly scrubs from the Russian league i imagine.

nothing to see here .... SMH....different tournament, same results over and over again ...

IIIIIIGGGGGGOOOOOOOORRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF how do you manage to flop like this every big match
