In spite of not possessing the humongous budget of the big boys such as Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal & Spurs, Everton have several excellent players. However, they don't have the winning mentality under Roberto Martinez. The only way Everton can take their place among the BPL elite is to offload their underachieving coach.

Don't worry if you keep LVG, he will get you back to Europa League from Champions League. And if you do stay for long in CL, your result will be the same as Arsenal, what do you think Champions League is some joke that you can judge based on some stupid position in EPL table by saying oh good we finished 4th we can play well in CL. Its no child-splay, first build a team otherwise you will seriously get a beating of a life time. Heck Zenit or Benfica can beat you anyday, those teams at least perform, your just hanging in there cause of your goalkeeper.
