Diving is fucking diving, no matter what team/player that did this, that is cheating. All fanboys please grow up, there is a right way to support your team. Again, fuck you those who ignore the fact.

A win is a win! Great job Klopp!

liverpool , what a joke

I'm still baffled how the faintest of touches from Delaney could have resulted in a mammoth striker such as Christian Benteke dropping to the ground as if he was hit by a sniper's bullet. This mammoth cheat effectively shifted the points from Palace to Liverpool by just one simple act of diving.

Fcuking dive to win a penalty .. scums loserpool

Did Delaney's knee brush faintly against Benteke? Yes,very hard actually
Was it enough to cause Benteke to fall so dramatically? Absolutely
Did Benteke dive? No
Were the referee & linesman conned by Benteke? No
Did Benteke cheat? No
Was Crystal Palace robbed? No

he made to look accidental..hahaha

Even though I am not a Palace fan, watching the replays of Christian Benteke diving for that injury-time penalty infuriated me. Why do modern footballers continue to cheat even though they know that there are more than a dozen cameras which will pick up their dishonesty for the world to see? I certainly hope referees throughout England and Europe blacklist Benteke from now on, and give the opposing defenders the benefit of the doubt the next time he imitates Didier Drogba by going down whenever the wind changes direction.

I would have dive, actually. 3pts b*****!!!

The referee was not deceived but he was not sure, so he went to the lines man for confirmation before he pointed to the penalty box. I am a Liver Pool fan but I would not have given it base on the time of the game but sometimes referees would make a call not just on the action but also on the intent of the action of the player. I think the referee did the right thing by going to the lines man who is more closer to the action, so if you have to blame anyone go to the lines man

Well there is a contact by Delaney so to other fans should see it with your own eyes not using or knee to see it.

Even female footballers like Steph Houghton, the captain of the England Women's Team, have picked up the art of deceiving referees into awarding penalty-kicks to their team. Houghton's blatant dive almost denied Japan a place in last year's Women's World Cup Final. Fortunately, the penalty goal was not enough to stop the Japanese ladies from reaching the final.

England were cheated in 1986 by Diego Maradona's so-called 'Hand of God', yet many fans of the BPL continue to condone cheating as long as it is perpetrated by players from their favourite club.

Well the referee didn't just blow is whistle, he confided with his Lines Man which is the right thing to do for this type of situation, before he pointed to box. I would not have given it base on the time of the game but sometimes refers will give it base on the intent of the player.

Benteke didn't dive, I saw Van Gal Did teckling him..

we were unlucky when Gerard slipped. Sorry for Palace this time. Its our turn to be lucky.

Referees generally favour the Big Clubs. This has been well-documented down the years and backed up by stats.

shame on benteke...and the referee. extremely painful-embarassing decision.
