Good luck Villa in Championship, we will miss you

horrible defending from villa. its actually a disgrace to their proud history. too bad.

This 3-1 away victory masked the fact that few Everton players performed well. The exceptions were Mirallas who set up the first 2 goals and Barkley who was a constant menace with the ball apart from starting the move for the second goal. Besides scoring, Lukaku was always looking to get involved. The man of the match nomination has to be Ramiro Funes Mori who has settled well into the Everton backline and looks comfortable on the field. He never looked under too much pressure in defence and also scored the 1st goal, apart from setting up the third goal for Lukaku.

Bottom of the table Villa were poor as usual, but Everton didn't win the game as convincingly as they should have. We permitted the Villans to get back into the match when they should have been overwhelmed. There were far too many occasions when Everton appeared ponderous and unsure of how to make better use of the ball, which offered Villa a way back. Everton were decisive in front of goal, and stepped up tempo to cause problems for Villa, to reap their reward of 3 precious away points.

Everton continue to blow and cold this season, but this comprehensive away victory puts us back into the Top 10. Once Martinez has stabilised the defence, and finds the right balance in the side, we should be charging up the table.

Really sad to see Villa like this..if they got relegated,i hope they are not struggle like Portsmouth..

Its so sad to see AVL struggle this badly, looks like the stadium is 30% full. What happened to them in such a short period

Good bye 1 UCL (villa) team, better than 0 UCL team (arsenal) :'(

Richards smh

Their youth team certainly do any worse im sure. they should use the whole youth squad already

Villa wouldn't play in our super league

Imagine if Birmingham City get promoted while Aston Villa get relegated

Wenger is like a haggard and failing French chef with a pantry full of delicate ingredients. Lacking the money to buy a steady supply of fresh ingredients, and unwilling to condescend to the use of simpler ingredients that do not meet the standards of his haute cuisine, his current inventory of exotic condiments, fragile fungi (including Tuber özil and Tuber giroud) and delcicate meats slowly rots. He continues to try and maintain his once esteemed, now struggling restaurant by putting out the same menu of ornate, decadent cuisine that, years ago, won him many awards.
