Seems like BR succeeded to engrave the 'character' that he want to Liverpool players post-Suarez era, they seemed to be satisfied with 1 goal lead and played defensively afterwards. It's a good idea to play defensively to defend a lead, but only if you have a good defense. The problem is, Liverpool have a crappy defense and an overrated goalkeeper. It's evident in this game and the none against Norwich. When Liverpool played defensive football, they conceded 4 goals against norwich. This time they conceded 2 goals from 2 shots on target, no save from mignolet.

The sad fact is that working class football fans can no longer afford to watch Premier League games 'live'. They may just have to settle for cable TV matches from their living room or local pub. It will be cheaper safer, more comfortable, convenient and less taxing on the pocket.

Liverpool need to blame their own fans for leaving stadium at 77 minute for protest...only stupid supporters would leave like that, afftecting their team...IN YOUR OWN FACE!

who the fuck voted sunderland lucky !!!!! liverpool went to shit in the last 15mins. sunderland came looking for a point, and then they realized they are better at attacking than defending !!!! if only they went at if form the first min rather than sitting back !

I'm not going to blame mignolet, I'm going to blame it on sakho

Second time Sakho let the striker scored with his back towards the goal this season.
C,mon man you got to stop letting in goals like that!

mingolet just leave please.. worst goalkeeper in BPL moreno sakho can lallana the same

A pathetic team without inspiration. Moreno should have known better than creating a goal opportunity for Sunderland. Sakho,Mignolet and Lovren are overrated and the defense is not a surprise with a -ve goal diff. for a long time now. Klopp should replace at least 6-7 players in Liverpool if aiming for top4. next season. One last thing repeated again: football is about passion, sprit, dedication, perspiration and achievements. Look what Leicester players do on the field, they do not require 74% ball possession, only scoring goals and reliable defensive mates at the back.

I think adam johnson just reached half of his potential :(
he just showed his class

I hope that firmino could be follow suarez step to become an outstanding world-class striker.
And yes, consistency is far from quite beyond liverpool's defence

Ha ha ha ha liverpoo :0)

Once again, the defence of Liverpool has let them down. They are mostly saved by their midfield being the shield of their porous defence. Very shocking when Toure performs better than Sakho but big ups to Firmino

İ like to see and İ would like more defeats to liverpool.why İ am saying this. Because they deserve they dont know where they are.unless they will have a world class goalkeeper and two central midfielder , liverpool fans will have such headaches.mignolet and sakho fuck you you two idiots .

defence crap

Firminio world class

Liverpool lost the 12th player

are they dont know about fans leaving early at 77? because they look shocked since that time

Mignolet ,sakho ,toure are nothing. Klopp is tge best maneger but liv is not a big time at the moment

garbage team..even klopp smh

where s klopp, if klopp were there it'll be liverpool's win

This could be the point that could keep Sunderland in the Premier League
