It was joy to watch United ! Yes, you heard it well ! :) Great team performance. Botwick-Jackson growing to fantastic LB. Martial MOTM again imo! Keep going !

First season and at 20 years of age, Martial is playing football in Man Utd as if he has played under Sir Alex Ferguson and been in the premier league for more than 5 years. What a bargain. The future is bright for him.

LVG rubbished talk by his captain Rooney that this 3-0 win was down to more freedom to attack. The coach obviously doesn't want to admit that he got it wrong by playing defensively when he has spent 300 million pounds on established talents. Now LVG claims that his players' confidence has made all the difference. So why were they lacking in confidence earlier? Is it because of the coach's clueless methods? Is LVG finally getting to grips with his job in spite of his years of coaching experience?

Rooney bullying Johnson, LOL!

Im stil not happy with martial. If he did not score 20 goals by end of season in all competition, we need to sell him to a lower club. He doest not deserve that united jersey for such outstanding money value.

Martial always shows amazing performance...

Anthony Martial cost 36 million pounds so you cannot say he is value-for-money. Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez & Shinji Okazaki represent REAL value-for-money for Leicester City.

Martial is 20 and he has got LOADS of potential
Vardy, Mahrez and Okazaki were a bargain but I doubt they will still improve a lot plus Vardy needs to show the world next season that he's no one season wonder

Martial is 21...and already no potential..even sterling at 18 yrs old has more assist n goals than him

indeed I would rather see we have less possession but more direct and effective football

Yo 11 years ago

I don't understand ManU fans when they say that martial was a bargain they spent 58 fucking million pounds on him which is the sixth highest transfer of all time

Yo Yo 11 years ago

They only spent 36m for him. Which is not a small amount, but still worth it.
Only if he scores 20+ goals this season, and gets nominated for the Ballon d'Or, and meets other requirements, will United pay the remaining 22 million.
Either ways, its a win-win for United.

Jack 11 years ago

he's still a teenager who'd just turned 20 and he's already arguably our best player this season. I blame Van Gaal for his lack of goals.

Fergie 11 years ago

Yes..we paid too much for him..he should be scorinf at least 20 goals this season or he will be considered a flop

Strong performance, same team and formation should play against chelsea. Let's let this team gel well with the only changes possibly be Schneiderlin for Fellaini, although Fellaini had a really strong first half. Great control with the chest, passing, and provided a lot of needed pressure in the midfield.

Glory, glory, MAN UNITED! The REDS GO MARCHIN' ONN
