The smaller clubs may cause the occasional upset when up against the big teams, but over the course of a long season, the clubs with the biggest budget & talented squads will almost certainly win the Premier League. Quality can most certainly be bought, & in that respect, Man City already has a collection of the most talented footballers in the BPL, so are odds on favourites for the title.

As depicted here, the English Premier League unlike the rest has a level play ground; this is what makes it more interesting, because it keeps you in suspense till the end, not knowing who is going to emerge the champion :) If this is why it has been classified as the best league, then I give it my full marks :)

There is a little gap between them and other teams in term of quality/level and have more game changers than other teams and deeper squad, more variations in the play and more competition for starting XI, i cant see how Pellegrini would manage to **ck it...

That's right, you have to go back over a decade. Don't effing put tottenham, west ham and other crap like that at the top of the table, they are ALWAYS transitionary. The fact that your "top teams" have fallen behind in their competitiveness compared to the likes of Barca, Real, Bayern, PSG, Juve etc. (as evidenced by their performance in the CL and Europa) doesn't make your league strong... to the contrary, it makes it weak.

The toughest competition doesn't mean it is the best league. Yeah, the EPL is highly competitive for the league title, but each game is not that interesting since most teams except only a few park the bus every match. I rather hope one or two dominant clubs like Barca and Munich appear in the EPL.
