@liverpool29 Someone was saying the something even before the beginning of the season. I thing the manager Rodgers was paying too much attention on buying forwards (no quality). It was a big mistake to let Daniel Agger leave Liverpool compared to the people he brought in not even close. One of the big draw backs with Brendan Rodgers is he as no done well off season in terms getting good quality players since he arrived and this is huge in modern football.Another problem with regards to this season is during the off season Liverpool preparation was very, very poor they were playing mediocre teams off season and someone pointed this out and you can see its still reelects on them right now.

I don't understand why Liverpool don't get a better central back couple.

#FaithInRodgers .. Liverpool is back!

Gestede, what a beast. Without doubt the most potent aerial threat in the EPL if not the world. Sturridge showing his class with those combination plays.

MMM 11 years ago

Gestede should be playing for a top four team!

sturrisge is world class liverpool are so unfortunate that he's been injured for so long, i saw in this game some movements and plays from the 2013/2014 liverpool , but still the defence is not good enough

Too bad Sturridge has been injured so much. This guy can make a big difference for Liverpool AND Rodgers.
