Liverpool

Liverpool buy all these signings and apparently r going to be 10 times better than last season... yet they still play $*^@. at least they can score a goal without being handed 1 from the other team early on and then not score for the rest of the game.

How did Benteke look?

Coutinho is scoring from long range more regularly.

Coutinho>Oscar

LFC should play a 4-3-3 formation. MignoletClyne Skrtel Lovren Moreno Can\ Henderson Milner Firmino/Lallana Benteke Coutinho

Rodgers needs to start Firmino instead of Ibe. Ibe is way too narrow minded still and needs to learn to be fluid and he needs to learn to take less touches, especially in a contested game like that. Time and time again he had teammates open wide and in the middle and he elected to keep the ball then lose it to defenders.

Crazy Liverpool fans, all this votes for top class. This is lucky or average 'cause I've seen your team much better in the suarez era and this is just s***,seriously, IBE is your hope?? Can't see you better than united if this continues, with formless benteke, the "shining" coutinho and unproved firmino.

I don't buy Brendon's Tactic.... we won but I am not convince by the game altogether.

i will take ugly win like this any day over beautiful play but lose game

Sadly, i don't see this liverpool team reaching top4 but on the other hand i think they can replace arsenal because of their comedy start to this season :D

What a Coutinho! I'd like to see him back to inter one day

Im a Liverpool fan, and other than the Coutinho goal (what a player!) im not impressed. We struggled to break through Stoke's arguably 2nd string defenders, and at this point sorry to say Ibe is NOT better than Sterling. Benteke had a forgettable debut but none of his fault, they didnt gave him enough service. Would love to see Liverpool sign Montero from Swansea, he's a great winger who i think can play to Benteke's strength.

Good win....but we have a lot to do....its just first game....good luck for next fixtures....ynwa...

Wonderful goal from CoutinhoI like emre can and firmino

Ooopsss, Lil' Phil did it again!

I want to have a confirmation from Liverpool fans. Many people said he was good at shooting from a long range, that is awesome. But I think, looking at his physical body he is not immune to body play, meaning he has little strength of body. Is it true? *No offense

lol so lucky..yawn..

Ever since Coutinho tried this the first time, HE'S BEEN FUCKING GREAT AT IT. Give him the ball at that area and the ball is in the net. SWEET COUTINHO.

For the first 60 minutes, Liverpool was losing in this game. So many times Glen Johnson and Charlie Adam managed to breakthrough our defence, In my opinion, Ibe and Gomes still not ready to take on such a heavy role. Benteke, what a flop really. The only man who did his job is COUTINHO. FIRMINO is like a fresh air in the middle of stagnant game.
