IDK what Footyroom is thinking with this 4-4-2 for Colombia. They were clearly using a 4-2-2-2 and that is exactly the reason they lost this match. No structure no cohesive flowing attacks. It was practically everybody ahead of the 2 holding mids in a free role doing and going where ever they like. Very little work or running in the midfield and the attacks were confused and sporatic. Trying this against a hard working squad with good rugged team work like Veneuzuale and you pay the price. It's like Colombia was hoping the game would be just one big one on one battle lol. Very dissapointing from a colombian squad that has the potential to reach the final.

Grande Venezuela;););)

Can't believe Falcao was dominated by a defender who plays Buriram United in Thailand time to time. He basically lost all his talent he will never gain it back.

Venezuelan striker Salomon Rondon and right defender Roberto Rosales could be easily playing for a big club, rondon's classic 9 style is something that we dont see around anymore, similar to llorente but younger stronger and with better technique

Venezuela gradually getting better. Just because we are not favorites in world of football doesn't mean we can't dream big. We have hot women, now we need to be champions.
