Dennis Suarez....Barca player on loan to Sevilla

Agreed. Juve is in the starting blocks

They both were under threat of a suspension in case they got a yellow

I don't think Unai was necessarily doing it for rotation, both of them would miss next match had they gotten yellow cards. Regardless I hope Unai plays Bacca and Vitolo in the second leg, it will be a completely different match and them and Vidal will be deadly in the counter.

Imagine if Zenith scored the second, they would be useless in 2nd leg,it doesnt make sense.they did not play because he was affraid of seing them not playing in 2nd leg ? If they played 1st leg they would have been garanteed to play at least 1 game out of 2, 2 games if they make sure tonot gt booked, while benching them would make them only play 2nd leg maximum, and in the worst scenario they could pick up injury and not play...Ifits not for rotation, then it doesnt make sense.

Unai probably knew that he could alter his line up a little at the pizjuan, whilst he needs the experience of Vitolo in away games. He proved it against borussia MG

Anyway good luck for 2nd leg, if you win EL both Sevilla and Valencia will play CL no matter what, that would be awesome...I guess you will cheer for Barça VS Valencia this week end too ;)

I will never have been so much for Barça than this weekend, my friend ;)

Agree with tiki. Now they have a chance of missing the semi if they get in. Should've played them both in this game and hoped for a 2-0 or 3-0 win.

he wasnt playing, he's been preforming well after the wc
