English fans need to stop hyping and start showing some respect to other teams and countries. Especially after getting bossed by an Italian C-Team.

England were going 100% and Italy didn't even care, yet England including Harry Kane, the talent of the century were on the verge of losing to an Italian C-Team.

Looks like it doesn't matter who plays in other 10 positions as long as Buffon plays as goalie.

Sox 12 years ago

Pirlo isn't from the past, he is still playing, and there is missing entire midfielders Marchisio, Verati, Motta, De Ressi...

fua 12 years ago

Motta, de rossi ,verati are D class players. These players are selected only for friendlies. I dont even rmemeber the name de rossi vs england. Looks like the one vs england today is indeed italy A class players. That include old buffon.

it was a friendly... Neither the old italians nor the young britts could give two shits about this game. And here you are trolling each other on the internet for a game the players already forgot. Idiots...

Sad to see that Italy went from having 5-6 Milan players in the last Euro to practically none this evening. So many injuries.

Big words coming from a team that failed to make it out of the group stage against Uruguay and Costa Rica.

Mastermind 12 years ago

Help me remember...where did England finish in that group?

lolwut 12 years ago

The same place as Italy did: OUT. Stop acting as though your team has anything resembling class. England's schoolkids just got a draw on Italian soil. Deal with it instead of attacking other people.

AZZURRI 12 years ago

English fans look really happy to have achieved a draw.

Xpose2cold 12 years ago

Chelsea, England & Nigeria 0 761

Yes. To travel to Italy and get a draw and nearly won the game.

shpalman 12 years ago

AC Milan, Italy 55 2252

@xpose: you are getting anoying with your ignorant statements. nearly won the game? you are as much as poisonous as a Goal.com headline. go there, that's your place.

lolwut 12 years ago

Pointing out that England should have won is annoying to you? Tough luck. England should have won this game. They certainly deserved it.

berserker 12 years ago

So winning the game and feeling happy to do it vs a random mixed team , Ha, pathetic and blinded England fans. And then, when it matters to win, you fall. (Euro)

lolwut 12 years ago

It's funny how it would be considered a good result for anyone except Eng;and. Pathetic, racist anti-English fanboys. By the way? How did Spain do in the last WC? How did Italy do? Yeah, that's right, dropped out at the same stage as England.

shpalman 12 years ago Edited

AC Milan, Italy 55 2252

@lolwut: difference is that England sucks and didn't win anything since 1966. Italy went out the WC too, yes, but after beating England in the group. also, we got 4 WCs and were finalists in the last Euro 2012. can you see now the difference between a top tier national team like Italy, and an average mediocre team like England? and yes, pointing that England should have won this match annoys me, because it's not the truth, but a fabrication of a deluded, football-ignorant mind, who persists in throwing at us an image of English football which is amazingly distorted. England doesn't belong to the elite. period.
