The MLS is not far on the horizon to becoming a respectable league.I am, and have not ever been, fully sure of the reasons why the Americans get so little credit for their effort, but needless to say, with NYFC on for 2015 sure to be an interesting year for MLS.The US is getting better at football, is made clear by their stature in this past World Cup. Sad to see Donovan leave the game, he is a great player.

Meh, there is moments of good football but the fundamentals are so weak its unbearable to watch. US as a world cup team is a different story as they need to pick out 22 or so players from 300 million population, while having 19 clubs with good players is much harder to do.

For some reason I can't reply to you FCB but well said.I was less trying to say that US has a good league, than just saying they continue to look better and better. Their clubs are very weak in comparison to European clubs in particular because businessmen in the US spend their money elsewhere.
