Is it me or has Messi found a knack for giving assists more and still being able to score more goals

Messi: 11 Match, 11 Goals, 11 Assist... Beyond the best

aaron 12 years ago

....not very good fans. MessI has 11 games 9 goals 9 assist. Zero hat tricka and zero penalties. Ronaldo has 13 games 20! Goals. And 3 hat tricks already. Messi may be better than Ronaldo when he finish his career but not today or tomorrow hahaha. Keep you heads up though Messi fans you may one day have your glory

Simply amazing! Though I'm a Real fan, the passing skills of Barca players are always fascinating!

aaron 12 years ago

Almost as amazing as their ability to win even while playing terrible defense against a mediocre team.

Barca in top form, but RM is going to give us a hard time Saturday.

funny how pique almost scored another own goal

I don't usually compliment Messi much because he's expected to be great but I thought that first assist to Neymar was extra sly and brilliant even for his standards, we'll see ya on Saturday.

How can Barca get these all potential young players? Their scouting team is top class!

I think they scout for young talents everywhere then they train them with the best training methods (La Masia is the best academy ATM).

Totally Agree Pique and Pedro were poor once more again btw pique really needs to step up the ante or he would find himself more on the bench this season and henceforth can't wait for EL CLASSICO!!!!

Enrique substituted his 3 best players.. Messi, Iniesta & Neymar. Already thinking about Real Madrid I think. Hope that Suarez starts in place of Pedro!! :D

The biggest delimma for defenses is Messi. Do you mark other players in the area and only one goes after Messi? He will score. Or do you gang on him and get exposed? He will simply assist (Like the Neymar's goal assist). He was like a magnet to the defense.

Most influecial player in the world, rivals adapt their tactics specially for him but he still score on a regular basis.

Messi and Neymar are deadly combination in attack! Waiting to see them in El Clasico, and Messi to break record and Suarez to score!

this kind of spectacle is constant from Barca......The other team plays like these occasionally...Messi & Inesta are just magician of the ball..........Neymar is their white pigeon.....

I respect Enrique for giving Ter Stegen a chance (has played all 3 CL games so far), though Bravo has been more solid due to age and experience, but Stegen reminds me of De Gea because he has fantastic potential that should not be wasted.

is this replay from FIFA 2014? because I see a glitch on Ajax GK when Messi scored a goal

Ronaldo 12 years ago

Messists (assists)

Piqué and Pedro very poor again, they should definiely get benched in the Clasico, very satisfied with all the midlefield players who played this game, Munir is promising but Sandro seems more mature and dangerous.

This was amazing play! The midfield is solid with Mascherano the defense clearly needed Mathieu! It was all in all a very good game, we could've had more goals but Pedro was abit wasteful and Munir was too selfish, he needs to learn to pass!
