and new league, Serie B

@john, u killed me. lol.

I hope so

see you when I see you

I agree with you...calciopoli really punches serie A. people lost its excitement to watch assuming its stil match fixed

During that year of calciopoli Italy won the WC and Milan won CL, fixed my a$$.This year Serie A has one team among the 4 best in the world and 2 EL semifinalists. I don't see a dicrease, pretty much the opposite.

Well I have to agree with you on this point but though Juventus do not truly deserve their qualifification to the semis when you see their two matches against Monaco, because of their very poor game and because of the fact that they took benefit from the many errors of the refs... You have to admit that Bayern Barca and Madrid are way Superior, even if Juventus is a good team !

Plus the EL is not that competitive and many good teams aren't truly involved in it (especially in France and BPL). And the Serie A has a poor level despite the great history of teams like Milan AC and Inter Milan...

@bula, you got it right. @LAcazzz, sorry but your argument is a sum of pretty cheap old stereotypes. in every league there is dirt, difference is that while us italians expose things, the others hide the dirt under the carpet. Spain, Germany and England, do you think it's all clean there? if you do then you're naive. you have the internet, inform yourself. also about Juventus not deserving... why Juve have to go and do open play vs a club (Monaco) which basically is all about catenaccio and counters? so they would take 3 goals like Arsenal did? not clever don't you think?

actually this year's Serie A become more interesting with many teams perform more compact in europe, don't forget you're talking about milan team that sit on 9-10 place in the league, sure you can't judge the league based on this team only, it's not only milan been poor but also the rising of other old traditional team like Lazio, Napoli and Fiorentina, plus Sampdoria

@shpalman : So you think Italian directors exposed the dirty sides of the League because they wanted to ? Seriously ? They're not fool, these scandals weren't good for them... The other leagues may not be that "clean" as you say, but big scandals always appear sooner or later. And unfortunately, Italian League is more exposed and hit by such phenomenon...Concerning Juventus-Monaco, I only said that they did not deserve their qualification as they are better than Monaco normally (Monaco were only 4th in Ligue 1 at the moment and Juve will easily Win Serie A) and the refs clearly made lots of errors advantaging Juventus.

so so terribly embarrassing.
