Honda need to be use centrally, stop to put it on the wing, trying to outspeed the backs, that's no way his job. His vista and his reaction are superb and totally wasted on the wing.

Jekyll and Hyde. that's Menez. in 90 minutes, he will make you sit up and say WOW, and then he can make you want to throw yourself from stand in frustration. his mentality is too laissez faire. essentially he plays for himself.

...further that they should, makes the space available even narrower, and forces the midfielders into narrow spaces, where they can only go sideways or backwards. the likes of menez, cerci and honda need to come and get the ball off the sitting midfielders and create play, instead of his hogging space in the final third, and being rendered useless when balls are lost. Menez's percentage play is still extremely poor and costly and honda needs to be utilised centrally. Desto was only provided with 2 good'sh balls, and he was unlucky not to score on both occasions. the boy knows where the goal is, so the likes of cerci and menez need to be told that they don't need to dribble and be selfish every time. there are still a lot that needs to be fixed. as a unit, we're broken.

Cerci, destro, suso, Bocchetti, Antonelli e adesso Paletta. quanti di questi aiuteranno davvero la squadra? Suso avrà la possibilità di giocare? è meglio di honda, menez e cerci? NO. Antonelli e Bocchetti sono meglio di De sciglio e Abate? abbiamo già tanti difensori mediocri. Paletta? lo preferiresti a rami o Alex? almeno loro sono più veloci. che ne sarà di zaccardo e armero? e di bonera? Mexes? questi giocatori devono, o essere venduti, o rescindere il contratto. A parte Cerci e Destro, non vedo nessun'altro acquisto che possa contribuire a un Milan decente. A giudicare dalla partita di stasera ancora manchiamo di personalità a centrocampo. Van ginkel è immondizia. Poli non sa fare niente, essien e muntari sono spazzatura, e non farmi neanche parlare di montolivo.

Van Jinkel non è immondizia totale, almeno sa trattare la palla a differenza di Muntari. finora ha giocato pochissimo, le basi sembra averle e per me è fondamentale avere in campo gente che abbia solide basi. vedi ad esempio quel cross di Zaccardo nel primo tempo, da posizione favorevolissima senza alcun giocatore avversario in marcatura, è stato capace di scodellarlo malamente in bocca al portiere. roba da strapparsi i capelli, ho tirato giù mezzo calendario. poi Poli... non è che non sa fare niente, il suo problema è proprio il contrario, è un jack of all trades -> master of none. sa fare tutto ma non eccelle in nulla, il tipo di giocatore di cui non abbiam bisogno. Suso è meglio di Honda, più tecnico, un po' lento anche lui, ma almeno sa saltare l'uomo.

2 of the goals were brilliantly worked, but this win won't paper over the vast cracks. We were atrocious in the 1st half, and never deserved to lead. At stages, we were struggling to pass our way out of our OWN half against a team that hasn't been paid for 6 months. Yet another horribly defended set piece. Throughout the 1st half, we were losing duels and continue to be atrocious when challenging for balls in the air. We had a good 10-15 minute period after the hour, which was critical. Menez's 2nd goal typified everything that we need to do more. hard in a tackle, and then running at defences with purpose. When things aren't going well, there are too many players with their back to goal (destro, menez, honda, cerci and the horrible van ginkel). this forces the defenders to bring the..tbc

i fell asleep multiple times, that sure happened because i was extremely tired, but the game didn't help keeping me up. Van Ginkel should start more often, Honda tell me what you want but for me he is a defensive midfielder, aka number 4/6.
