Only caught the last 15 minutes of the game but I will say this, Roanldo's vertical leap is insane. No wonder he scores so many headers when you can whip a ball into the box and he's the only one who can get his head on it. I still believe messi is the better footballer, I think he proved that against city with his passing, dribbling, control and allround play (even though his penalty wasn't great) but there is no denying that Ronaldo is a phenomenal athlete

unlucky madrid, any other day this would've been their usual 5-1 scoreline. yes, they must concede a goal or two no matter how much they score, it's just their game. the defenders are better attackers than they are a backline.

Fair result overall. Not sure about the poor votes for RM. They played pretty well against a very solid team (2nd best defense in La Liga). They had intensity and were really pushing with all they had for a winning goal. Overall one of the most interesting matches of the season. That also makes the upcoming Clasico even more critical, Barca needing a win and Real needing to not lose (to stay ahead and win the tie-breaker).
