Jese should've known better than to dribble in his team's own half of the field. Griezmann's goal was his undoing IMHO. And also, all the goals are from crosses. WTF with that? These group of players need an ice cold bath to wake up because quite frankly since our remarkable run of form before the new year we have been in a downward spiral ever since. It's time to recover and it's time to make up because anything less than a CL or La Liga title will not be enough to cover up all the excuses.

There is no excuse for a performance like this. Even with our injuries our quality should have been enough to earn atleast a point. Lesser teams have come here and won. There is no excuse for RM to lose 4-0 against any team and especially without scoring even a single goal. This shows to me no matter which team you put out if the desire and concerntration is not there then you might aswell leave the pitch with your head firmly stuck up your ass. Talk is cheap. Apologies mean nothing. The game is 90 minutes. Enough time to correct the mistakes and fight for a result. There was nothing from RM. Absolutely zero response. A game to forget.

When I saw the line up in our defence I said to myself 'God help us'. No Pepe, no Ramos, no Marcelo...RIP. No James. The nail in the coffin. Then I replayed the goals. 1. Casillas error. That was a bread and butter save for him. 2) Cavajal error...that was a bread and butter tackle for him. 3) Varane error....a bread and butter challenge (Pepe or Ramos would have delt with that easily) 4) Varane error....standing motionless (see number 3). A comedy of errors. As I've said before games are won with a strong defence. It just shows you no matter how much firepower you have upfront if you don't have experience at the back nothing is going to save you. No Pepe, no Ramos....no chance!
