Lol de gea? Who the hell. its hilarious that people watch one game and all of the sudden thinks he's the best gk. he's conceded 18 goals this season and neuer only 4. Neuer has a 726 rating currently. De gea. 126. Being a gk means doing a lot more then saving goals. Passing, clean sheets, attacking. He has a higher score then any gk and neymar, benzema, Rodriguez and everyone else but Ronaldo and messi. So please, call me when de gea doesn't concede a goal almost every game. The first goal was horrific goal keeping! beaten at his near post.... poor goalkeeping. De Gea is a better shot stopper for me than any other keeper in the world right now, but as an all round keeper i rank him third behind Neuer & Courtois.

People watching the match must have seen the Mainz midfielders were brilliant. Absorbing pressures, launching attacks. Koo Ja-Cheol was the standout player.

@shellsee look at Bayerns defense vs Man Utd's defense. I think Neuer deserves the spot for best goalkeeper, but not as a nominee for the Ballon d'Or. I think for that we didn't see enough from him. I'd love to see him perform in a weaker team, so that he can confirm his greatness.

What? David de Gea who had his blooper season 2013/14? De Gea is good but by far not as good as Neuer. He often doesn't need to perform because he clears dangerous situations before they get dangerous.
