Feeling sorry for Marco Reus: such a great player and a charming personality - and so terribly unlucky. Missed the victorious World Cup due to last minute injury, now trying to give his best in a team, which, obviously, is a piece of sh*t so far this season. Even in this game, where Dortmund was much stronger than in previous Bundesliga games, his brilliant goal did not help. What a pity.

Great moment, when Weidenfeller knocked out Mkhitaryan. ;-)

Lehmann 12 years ago

SUBOTIC changed the game. Once he came on, Dortmund's defense was severley weakened.

A couple of things, Bender had a great game. Subotic, horrible match for him. Partially responsible for the first goal and what was he thinking on that PK? Weidenfeller, although he had a few good saves, he has been horrible the last couple of months and Dortmund really need to replace him. He hardly attempted to save the shot from Lewa. Lewa has been TERRIFIC this season as well, just can't stop scoring. Ribery the game changer. Once he came on Bayern stole the show. I really really really hope Dortmund fight for the CL spot.

Bpl is the best league this German, italy & Spain league is boring no fighting from the bottom clubs. If one club gone once that's it. Munich bought all Dortmund players and still looking for hum miles & reus and that is bulshit thing. Bbl clubs do not do that if they compet or money crises for the seller club. RM & barca do not do. But this game is fantastic game except binladins diving penalty. Very entertaining to watch still baby robben but selfish

if its out of interesting games than premiere league is the best but lets not kid our selves the way to check which league has the best qualities is by facing each team from each position from last year to its adjacent team from the other league and the spanish league beats italian german english by miles away name me more than 4 clubs in the same league that can give competition to sevillia valencia real madrid barcelona and athletico madrid ? spanish teams are much better than any other adjacent teams from different leagues and that still holds even though more than 200 spanish players moved to the premiere league for the big money in the last 3 years !!!

La liga best????????? sevilla valencia real madrid barcelona athletico madrid vs liverpool arsenal chelsea manchester united manchester city.........Now which team is Good la liga one or bpl one ????

James 12 years ago

where is dortmund in the table ?

Lehmann 12 years ago

16. Should Freiburg win today, BVB will be 17th out of 18 teams.

Allan 12 years ago

Hey maybe all the fake Dortmund fans will shut up about Weidenfeller being shit for a while .

Hamburgers 12 years ago

He is, as always, good in 1 on 1 situations. But he is a relic from the 90s. Very slow and stiff on the line and often very twitchy, too.

Bayern84 12 years ago

I haven't heard any reports of hummels going to bayern. However, even if he is, he came up in the bayern system and got loaned out to Dortmund. He decided later on to stay with Dortmund and not go back to munich. That being said, bayern lost a great defender to Dortmund just like Dortmund lost mario and Robert.

Allan 12 years ago

Completely different situations. Mats appeared once in two seasons at Bayern. Dortmund *scouted* him and got him on loan. He then developed under the Dortmund system to be the great center back he is today. Götze and Lewandowski developed under the Dortmund system to be the great attackers they are today, then Bayern read the headlines and bought them. (yes I know Lewandowski wasn't literally bought)

Dan 12 years ago

Bayern played world class, some of these combinations remind of Pep's Barca at its peak. It's just sad that a game like that is decided by a penalty. Both are holding each other and Ribery just falls, it shouldn't be one at that stage of the game. But great to see BVB's fighting spirit. They'll get out of the bad position they are in.
