Why the hell does Guardiola mess up with the world's best defensive midfielders and play them as center backs?! Mascherano, Alonso, Javi Martínez, and Song (who forgot how to be a footballer after Barca transfer). I get that he wants center backs who can possess football and not just cut the ball from the other team and pass it, but there are already center backs who can do that, just buy them. Don't get me wrong, Guardiola changed football with his Barca squad, but he ruined Mascherano for Barca. Also, his tiki taka idealism will only lead him to be the new Arsene Wenger. The only difference is; Pep has Bayern, while Wenger has Arsenal.
