Happy with the 3 points, but defense still shaky. LVG still hasn't figured out the back 3 and has been testing young players for some time.

You can play him in Center Mid but he's still a natural striker. Those striker instincts of being at the right place at the right time is really what sets Wayne with some of the best forwards in the world. Great game, great passing from everyone. Hey where did all the Wazza haters go now ;) De Gea is the best keeper in the world right now.

United is getting better and better each match...the question isnt anymore will the qualificate to the CL, the question is now will they be champions at the end of the season...its a three horse race now!

van Gaal is doing a terrific job. Started out slow but now they're really playing some nice football. Just need a couple of defenders and maybe a DM. but they're set!

De Gea deserves a clean-sheet, but Jones, oh God!

Apart from committing that foul, I think he looked composed today.

And....we all know Rooney should be playing at a CM instead of a CAM/striker. He is just great at it, i just don't know why he tends to refuse to play in that role. With him at CM we can have another quality striker up front, eg FALCAO!

Rooney always performs against Newcastle...

David DeGea, can't stop making terrific saves. I guess LVG has really turned United around. What a combination upfront, RVP, WR, RF. So dangerous..

Manchester United, Ronaldinho 1 49

without roman, chelsea would be mid table team at best. i remember when zola retired you chelsea fans were crying like children who lost their candy. a month later chelsea was bought by roman and suddenly you are the best! if united wasnt bought by the glazers and saddled with a big debt, we would have dominated epl like how bundesliga is dominated by bayern!same goes with city, if the arabs didnt buy your team, city would have been relegated in 2009!
