This referee has a history of embarrassing mistakes. If I remember well he reffed Chelsea v Arsenal last season and sent off unjustly an Arsenal player mistaking him with another team mate. How is that he still officiates top Premier League matches? Is the FA blind? The level of refereeing is very poor with many officials giving away penalties with the minimum of contact. Football authorities should deal with this issue soon as it is damaging football worldwide. But then again FIFA does not want video assisting referees, instead we hear and read slogans about Respect and Fair Play. How hypocrite!
