No big deal! Chelsea will lose to Arsenal in their next match whereas Southampton will continue their winning streak and equal on points.

After the World Cup, there was the slight misconception that Spanish football was seeing to its end. Seriously, there are two teams in the EPL now which have carried La Liga power over and they are ManCity (with Pellegrini) and Chelsea (with Mourinho realizing he has to revise his combinations and risk more - end of last season was bitter education). And look at them burying oldschool British football, (Cesc and Diego creating such off-ball space for example) allowing talents like Oscar, Hazard and Willian to fulfil their potentials. It's a pity that money talks at the end but still, this is utter beauty.

"There are two teams in EPL (should be BPL for Barclays Premier League for the record..) now which have carried La Liga power over" You're implying that talent only moves from Spain to England, but then that ignores the fact Read Madrid bought Alonso, Ronaldo, Bale, Modrić from English teams. Mourinho was also at Chelsea before he ever went to manage Real so I don't know what you're chatting about there either.. AND LASTLY "It's a pity that money talks at the end.." are you actually seriously saying that? A Barcelona fan chatting about money. Seriously your club & FA are so corrupt that you can get caught defrauding the government's tax office for tens of millions of euros and still escape any form of punishment (Neymar..). Don't mean to be rude, but you seem quite unintelligent to me.

MJQuick, maybe you don't mean to, but you are rude. 1 - I do NOT imply that Barcelona is exceptional when I say "money talks". You take for granted that I'd not criticize Barça - coz I'm a fan, right? No, on the contrary. Barça had to, and is paying for the institutional crime. And I can chat about money all I want. If you wanna resort to argumentum ad hominem, I don't care, you're wrong.Back to the point: In fact, BPL (thanks for the correction) and Bundesliga are the only two leagues that have strong anti-corruption measures. That is stg La Liga has to learn. Otherwise, we get this unfair and unbalanced La Liga as it is. But what I was trying to emphasize as Spanish was the IDEA, not merely talents/players.

If CRonaldo was still at ManUtd, I'm afraid he could turn out to be like Nani (sounds farfetched I know). He was, without a doubt, the best player last year. I check serious statistics, like how many opening, winning goals he scores etc. He had a huge record last year. And it is because he plays more and more like a CF, facing the keeper rather than collecting tap-ins by the corners of goals. Tell me which teams in BPL adapt their players likewise and you have your answer. If Arsene Wenger refuses to adapt his gameplay (seriously, he has Özil and Sanchez now!) towards direct collective attacking, you'll clearly see that the difference between Chelsea, ManCity vs Arsenal, ManUtd lies in the idea, not the players. And yeah okay, I prefer unintelligence to uncomprehensive arrogance.

Should have stopped with your first reply comment. Weren't both Nani & Ronaldo at Man Utd ? Tell me who was shining then ? Who was so pivotal to Man Utd dominance from 2007-2009 ? Tell me who was winning Ballon D'or ? Don't ever compare Nani to Ronaldo. One is a lost cause and the other is currently the best in the world. And let me tell right now in a blunt manner, nobody and I mean nobody, predicted the end of spanish football. People just said it's now less effective as everyone now knows what tactics to use. By Spanish football, I would assume you are refering to the Tikka takka of Barcelona which is what the Spanish national team models itself on and as far as I know the representation of Spanish football.
