I have to admit that Germany deserved the win, without even being that good. We should have scored before they did. It would have been a totally different game. Anyways, now it's too late. Good luck to Germany. However, I think they will need to play way better than today, if they want to reach the final.

I think that Jogi Low made the right choice by switch Lahm to his full back post!! Germany was really better with Schweinzi and Khedira in the middle.It was a good tactical pace by Low

Although Hummels' header won the game for Germany, no doubt that he was awesome in whole match, but the real match winner was MANUEL NEUER for me !! WORLD CLASS saves, i really hope they defeat Brasil in Semis !!

An early goal is always the deciding factor in a crucial match. Teams like Germany n France are not likely to concede grounder but header. It's was the perfect plan that Hummels scored the header through set piece. DD decided to drop Giroud n Koscielny and France paid the price for it.

Personnaly, I think that Germany would not let France dominate if they hadn't scored themselves. So, it's a bit reckless to rate Germany lucky maybe that was a part of strategy.
