I can't say Utd were poor but I voted them lucky because they could have lost the game if not for Ashley Young.

Man Utd played well but Basel played so well. I watch the match carefully and wanted to know how Basel scored 3 against Utd at Old Trafford. It's not a lucky draw for Basel but a good draw and Basel should have won this game with the chances they had. Well done Basel for showing Chelsea how it's done by scoring 3 against Man Utd where as Basel could have scored 6.

I still can't get over the fact that Manure United drew against Benfica and Basel! Haha! What a disgrace to the EPL name! we were under-performing, but I think this match shows to Fergie that Carrick really need to be sold, if Ferdinland was to be blamed on the 3 goals, then Carrick was to be blamed on losing the mid-field battle, if you have watch the game, you see Carrick had done nothingr but waiting in the middle for passes. Carrick did made a few good passes, but a CM in Man United need to do more than that. For one, the CM should at least go back to defence and help out when needed (Carrick did not even show up in the box), and second Carrick need to try some shots from outside of the box. When Man United attack, you see Carrick just stand about 30 to 40 yards away from the goal, waiting for teamate to passes. Fergie, please sell Carrick, he had passed his prime and having him on means weaker in defending and attacking.

I don`t expect ManU to win every game they played. They`re still a great team!
