awesome, thanks! :-)

He showed promise, but made some mistakes, which is understandable for his 1st cap

for those who think that last goal was offside they are wrong, it was clearly offside. Mexico didn't play that well because that wasn't even their fist team, and usa has always been a sheety team so stop saying it looks sharp because they were lucky because in the first goal they were blocking the goalkeeper and in the second goal there was a terrible defensive mistake.

I totally agree

Bonaduce 13 years ago

you lost me with your nonsensical first sentence. oh wait, the rest is nonsense too. the usa has had mexico's number for years now. the team has never been world class, but they can put in gritty performances and surprise world class teams.

Ed 13 years ago

I'm assuming it's an ungrateful Mexican fan who forgot who got them into the World Cup in a first place since they couldn't scrape up a win against the likes of Panama and Costa Rica to save their life.

1234567890 13 years ago

@Bonaduce:sorry i forgot i was talking to an american where everyone does not have any idea about soccer which is actually called football in first place.

1234567890 13 years ago

@Ed:i'm asuming you are an ignorant american who does not know anything, because this is a totally different team, and i don't care that your national team got us into the world cup, you won a match thats how football is, it could have been any team but this time it was this way..... i forgot, congrauillations you won the last match of the world cup quallifyings lets how you do in the world cup and stop talking shit

@ Bonaduce, @Ed:suck a d¡ck

Marquez is as classy as ever. He is still physically fit and most importantly, still hungry. He is without a doubt the voice of experience that mexico needed for this world cup

usmnt looks quite strong. bradley is so classy.

The match was pretty even from both sides, both national teams played well. USA should have won 3-2 since Eddie Jonhson's goal wasn't offside. Neither of the national squads were playing with all their best players I guess it's because both coaches are still trying to figure out what other players have a shot to go to the 2014 WC.

Team USA and WC stadiums have something in common. Neither are ready yet.

Bale 13 years ago

mexico should use vela instead of chicharito in the WC

Adrian 13 years ago

Yea but Vela doesn't want to play for the national team.

at what, drug trafficking?

Ed 13 years ago

U.S goal should have stood, 3-2 result would have been alright.. Mexican fans celebrating like they've won the world cup.

KingRasha 13 years ago

He was offside, not by much but offside is offside. Repeating a lie over and over again doesn't make it true, This is futbol, not politics.

Ed 13 years ago

Did you watch the official replay ? No. It wasn't offside.

buckets 13 years ago

mexico was playing with their sub 20 team.. cant wait till gio dos santos is back with chicha and hopefully vela!

Wes 13 years ago
