Ecuador played in the 1st half with their 2nd team.. 3-0.. Then they played with the real team 3-4.. Austrlia is a regular team.. Ecuador can win any team believe me they have a great team.. With Montero and Valencia on the sides.. What a team!

Can't win an argument, differ to writing profanity. No one is saying the ecuador team in the second half werent better but they were playing a 4th string team when they pushed their first players to win the game. Friendlies are about seeing what works and doesn't work, who is fit to make a squad and isn't. RIP

Is not time to make more changes, we can see the real Ecuador in the second half.

Great game by the aussies, took the first half well and in control, glad to see Ange make quite a few subs at half time to give some younger guys a run around and some "non preferred/fringe" squad members a chance to prove themselves. Looking the goods the aussie team.. don't be fooled by the second half ecuador played well but against the australians 3rds.

even if it was the 4th team, that's bad coaching from the australians! ecuador played remarkably well the 2ndo half, when 1rst team was lined up

Jorge 13 years ago

Ecuador played with the B team in the first half looking to watch new players performance. In the second half we make 5 substitutions, and you see how the Team A of Ecuador WON the match.

Oh god shut the fuck up Ecuador played with their 3rd team in the first half and completly battered Australia in the second half making just Montero, Paredes and Martinez as changes. You were lucky Ecuador didn´t score more goals

How is it bad coaching to lose a friendly match? You need to get the best for your youth and that's what Ange did for the Australian team, put in a great amount of youth footballers in a team which was romping Ecuador. Ecuador wanted to save face and put in better players Australia. He even put in 3rd/4th string keepers. I say well done Australia it's what we need to see before our final WC selections.

France must take Ecuador as seriously as any team in group stage WC. What an impressive come back!

If you bet on Ecuador to win after they were down 3-0, you would be a millionaire. Goddammit. Odds were 1 Dollar to win 100
