when man utd won the league 2 years a go man city won both legs against man utd and they were doing ok in the Europa league they spent unnecessary amount of money what they needed was four or five players who can add character to the team even players like michael owen just to come from the bench lift the standard of the team. that is what they need they loaned out edibayor and getting Dzeko i dont see any difference these are all comlimentary players.
