india needs better players... thats not it. the major reason is the coach. he cant coach for his life. ik a lot about football.. i bet i can even coach a european club as an assistant and later become into a manger... i saw so many faults in india... they need t defend like barcelona. the should cover the last striker well and be behind him not ahead of him. and the sliding needs to be better.

india had some nice goals, and the goalie was the main reason they let 5 goals in. they played better in the 2nd half, considering it was 4-1 at half time. anyways, they dont have a chance in international football

if Baichung Bhutia was not injured im sure the results will be completely different like a 1-0 or 2-0 loss to aussie's or a draw(slim) and a draw to bahrain i dont think anyone here knows the technicality bhutia brings to india

Baichang is Like Sachin Tendulkar for Indian Football no doubt in tht.. but it is high time we should let him retire. He is 35+, we need young players who can replicate the same magic. He is jus a 20 mins player now, not even 60. I am proud of the team, attitude they displayed.. could have had played like Majority English clubs - negative, but lads attack :)

that touch by kenedy india's #8 was sick anyways its been a long time since india has been in big tournament. back in the 60s india was pretty good but now days india focuses a lot more on cricket. i talked to an indian friend of mine and he said he didnt know that this tournament was going on and that india was in it but he got tickets to most of matches at the cricket world cup this year. that says something anyways. indians just love their cricket and their field hockey which india is pretty good at they didnt do so dandy last tournament but im sure they will later. but to be honest based on today i think perth glory will now put that bid in for sunil chettri after his perfromance

India's goals had more flair and quality than Bahrain's. Good job India, considering theres no infrastructure, proper training facilities or money and support in the country. Indians are fuckin sheep, they all like Kricket onlee!
