This is kinda embarrassing, I mean it's not embarrassing to lose (Arsenal lost to Bradford on penalties, and many great clubs have lost these matches in last years) But to lose 5-0 to team which is in lower league is kinda bad :/

Nottingham Forest 5-0 West Ham Under 18's.To be fair, we would have lost anyway even if we had a starting XI of all first team players. Big Sam should have been dismissed way before this game.
