I may be the only one but I feel Neymar's trying to clear his name of diving. In other matches, (although these tackles were really brutal) he would have gone down more easily. He really stayed on his feet this time. Props to him.

some people need to take it easy, dont get injuries before the real season

Worst debut for neymar. I was expecting something special, like playing a whole game, or at least debuting on Barcelonas home ground.

I think barsa need to do something with wheir defense ans specially with the keeper.... lets see how neymar do in la liga it will be a good clasico this season and more if bale comes to madrid

If Bale goes to Madrid, what you gonna do with Isco? He's not gonna sub Ozil, whos also young. Plus it doesn't seem like you're selling Di Maria. Too many attacking mids/wingers. You can say rotation, but in the big games there'll only be one option, and all of these are big names with around a similar level of potential/skill. I think Bale in Madrid would be great and would make things much more interesting, but it would most likely have bad effects on Isco's development.

Neymar overrated

Though neymar and some barca players is famous for diving, what Gdansk are doing are just stupid, i mean come on, this is just a friendly.

Pinto and Valdes are the same crap

They are of the same breed.

Why is Roura STILL the coach of Barcelona? I thought Tata Martinez already came!

manutdfansareassholes 13 years ago

what the f.uck was jordi roura thinking? I know it's only a friendly match. But it seems he didn't take it seriously AT ALL. 6 barca substitution at the same time??? what the f.uck was that. At least pair messi and neymar together. Entertain the whole word. We all wanna see how it's going.For me flop of the match : Jordi Roura.

6 subs is usual

Have some patience. You will have all season long for that. Pre season games are all about getting fitness back to the players and some managers just want to see what most of their players can do.

Thats why its friendly match. Different tactics are tezted its normal to change the whole team, with players prepared for other strategy ...

He's trying to give Barca B players playtime. Same things he's been doing the past two matches, which I think is good. These young players are getting a chance to shine while Tata watches what they got from the sidelines or from back in Spain (like this match). Same for the first team sub players. As for Messi and Neymar not playging together, I think they want t save that for the match against Santos. I think this mini debut was really just a cameo, just to gve the crowd something to cheer about. But Neymar's real first match with Barca will be against Santos.

whats up with those hard fouls in a friendly.....I can understand a weaker team playing hard in their attempts to win against a better team but playing hard doesnt mean killing the other team's players -_-;;

Even though this was just a friendly and Barca don\'t have the full squad, I must say Gdansk played really well. They were very organized in defending and I\'m glad Barca faced some good competition. They were crazy with the fouls though. And I don\'t get why Neymar wasn\'t subbed in earlier (shortly after Messi scored would\'ve been fine). He barely got playtime in his debut match.

Two players impressed me the most. Sergi Roberto and Joan Roman. Both were very good on the ball and made smart decisions with their movements and passes. Bartra needs to be more careful with the back passes.
