hey i dont want to get to this, but Arsenal doesn't spend 900Million because they need to do not have this kind of budget. a good example, once they saved some money they bought ozil and now they can not afford to buy any good player for another couple of years. btw i really like Arsenal and watch them all the time. moral of story stop hating on the kings they are called Real Madrid ( Royal ) for a reason.

Hey Bhammoud, you are missing the point here. The point is that Arsenal can make it to the champions league without spending 900 million. It is not about how they don't have the money like Real Madrid to spend, it's about how they can go to the champions league every year without having to spend big. Arsenal budget this year was 100 Million and they blew half of it on ozil and look where they are now competing for title. real Madrid budget was 515m and they do not necessary use it all, they bought Bale for 100m and sold ozil for 50 million. moral of story Real got the luxury and budget Arsenal doesnt, and once they start winning they will eventually get there.
