CR7 and Messi wouldnt score that many goals if they played in Italy.

Right. Nor Germany. Way better defenders in those leagues.

That argument holds absolutely no weight whatsoever. I could say they both would score the same if not MORE goals, but there's no real evidenceto that since they don't play in the german league.

They have to rotate their midfielders...Real's entire squad (except for a few players) is world class...they can't play them all at once.

why do i feel diego lopez is not been appreciated by the real madrid defence? everytime he made a save, no one comes to pat him on his back or encourage him.

Lehmann 13 years ago
Lopez is not a ten-year old. He doesn't need encouragement. He knows he's good.

Yaw all should stop talking bullshit bowt La Liga not being competetive in order to undermine Ronaldo and Messi's accomplishments. He and Messi have shared top scorer award in the champions leahue too over the last 5 years or so. What are your so called premier league stars doing there? If Ron and Messi are only scoring so many goals in La Liga because it isnt competetive, than why are they still more effective in Uefa than your RVP's, Rooney's, Drogba's and co? Lets not forget that the top three all time Uefa scorers (Raul, Messi, Ronaldo) all come from La Liga. face the music, Barclays is overated, the best players ply their trade in La liga

i know ronaldo and messi is the best footballer but they are just against shitty players around them. that's why they are always be the top scorer and they are still the best. i'm not look down on any other league but you have to admit that Premier League is the most competitive in the world. many star players have experienced hard time when they came to PL.

kopiko - You are a cl0wn mate! How can you possibly support Brazil and at the same time say the players that play against Messi and Ronaldo in La Liga are shitty players?! La Liga has been the breeding ground for Brazil in the last 15 or 20 years, or have you forgotten the Brazilian players that have played in the Spanish league? I´ll remind you: Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Roberto Carlos, Dani Alves, Romario, Rivaldo, Kaka, Robinho, Mauro Silva, Bebeto, Djalminha, Juninho, Mazinho, Leonardo, Cafu, Emerson, Giovani, Ze Roberto, Denilson, Luis Fabiano, Baptista, Anderson..... and of course the current best Brazilian player... Neymar. I can go on and on, but now you tell me the Brazilians that have played in the Premier League in the last 20 odd years to make it the best league in the world!

I think Ronaldo already proved a point when it comes to the EPL which is a again the most competitive league . A lot may disagree but Messi would flop in the EPL , because I find messi almost as a local player , he played with the same guys for years and it is almost a habit , you have guy like ronaldo at a young age coming from portugal a minor league compared to other , sparking the eyes of the world and all he needed was a little tweak and i believe he is to me a universal player , he can cope with just about any team , messi would have to take time to adjust to another league

Lehmann 13 years ago
Yeah, because the defense lines in La Liga are SHlT. That's why these players score so many goals.

arbeloa, pepe and ramos are not real madrid quality or type of players... they were mourinho type of players ;) , carvahal and morata deserve starting places, and yese rodriges is also very good...
