Saying that a whole nation is racist because some idiots say stupid things, is stupid. Most of the Swiss people are thankful for what those players have done for us. You don't have to judge an entire nation just because of what some idiots say.

This also doesn't mean that I have any sympathy for these particular players (to me they are simply individuals who has betrayed their country of origin). @lumpur It's called the World Cup and not the European Cup for a reason. Yes, not all the confederation zones are equal in quality but in order to be at grand stage those countries you mentioned have to meet the qualification criteria of their particular zones. Sweden, Denmark, Serbia and Turkey didn't meet theirs (while Honduras did), so they don't deserve to be in Brasil.

@lumpur: you're severely underestimating CONCACAF teams. Honduras qualified before Mexico. Mexico beats Croatia, which in turn beats Serbia in the European qualifiers. Of the other teams that qualified with Honduras, Costa Rica beats Italy and England (Italy qualified at the cost of Denmark, btw). Also the US drawed against Portugal, which in turn eliminated Sweden. And Turkey didn't even come close to qualifying. 13 Europeans teams qualified directly for the WC, while only 3 CONCACAF teams do (Mexico had to play against N-Z first). All in all, I'd say that's very fair.
