It's not an easy task to be a new manager of a club in first year. Especially with big squad. This is all new stuff for new manager. Manager tries some experiment to figure out the best formation and starting eleven for the team. Not to mention rotation players due of the bad fixtures and many competitions. The fact that Moyes hasn't sell any single players because most of the players capable to be first team selection. That's why he gives chance to players like Young and Ferdinand to show what they can do.
