What a free kick from Yaya Toure also! I was laughing so much when I saw Mohamady running back to the goal line to try and keep it out :D Only works in Fifa :P

Manchester City tbh haven't been playing at their best but that's what you have to do sometimes to win games....

Lescott is almost always useless

zx 13 years ago

i hope we can sign one good centre back for backup. i think lescott is not good enough. plus pellegrini should rest silva and yaya for next game and give rodwell and nasri chance to play.

stupid man u fan as always, ignorant to how good players are at man city. I'm a man city fan and i acknowledge that robin van persie is a good player. Maybe you should stop hating and learn to acknowledge the quality your rival team might have

Try to be a starting XI in a club football from Npower Championship, then we'll talk..

How many freekicks have the Man U midfield scored in the EPL this year?

Hull City is a role model to other teams in the league for not sitting back and surrendering to big boys. Chelsea take a note from this game that is how you play football not disrupting the beautiful game with negative tactics. If S. Bruce assembles his team the way he did today I think they will stay come May. Looking forward to the NLD the best not only in the EPL but in the world.

And u think spurs playing a beautiful football?arsenal style is more attractive than spurs..and its a fact!

O10 13 years ago

Sometimes you have to sacrifice beautiful football for results, especially you know you are up against a better team. Arsenal play beautiful football but so what? same tactics in every game don't earn you results. When they don't have results you blame them. When they don't play beautifully you blame them again. Football isn't all about how beautiful you play. When you play against bayern, barca, madrid, the first thing you have to work on is defensive work. If you can win them by defensive tactics you can still deserve to be the champion. Don't watch football if you don't appreciate the tactics and mentality side of the game.

Negredooooooooooooo. Money well spent. Where's that guy Jovetic ?! I don't know about you guys but last year promoted team's like Hull would have been blown away at the Etihad. Man City will be lucky to win the title. Biggest mistake was selling Tevez. That guy worked like a horse and always bully Chelsea and other big teams. You will miss him. He was your second best striker after Aguero

Balaj 13 years ago

But he was a trouble maker.. He wanted to leave and the guys running City wanted him to leave as well. I think they did a pretty good job by replacing him with Jovetic( he hasn't featured yet bcz he was injured). This guy was one of the best players in Serie A last season.

Hull City had their fair share of chances - we miss Kompany very badly. Nasta was good though. And then City bounced back with Negredo. 2 goals 2 games so far. Now we have all 3 points on to the next game :)
